Welcome to 5A Tooling. By accessing this website, requesting a quote, placing an order, or purchasing products from 5A Tooling, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. General Information

5A Tooling supplies precision cutting tools, tool holders, and related manufacturing products for industrial and commercial applications.

These Terms and Conditions govern all sales, quotations, orders, and use of the 5A Tooling website.

5A Tooling reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing.

However:

  • Product images are for reference only.
  • Specifications may change without notice.
  • Manufacturers may update designs, coatings, packaging, or dimensions.
  • Customers are responsible for verifying product suitability before purchase.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Pricing errors may occasionally occur. If an error is identified after an order is placed, 5A Tooling reserves the right to correct the pricing and contact the customer before processing the order.

Taxes, shipping charges, and applicable fees are added at checkout unless otherwise stated.

4. Quotes

Quotes are valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise specified.

Quoted prices are subject to product availability and manufacturer pricing at the time the order is placed.

Submitting a quote request does not constitute an order.

5. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

5A Tooling reserves the right to:

  • Refuse any order.
  • Limit quantities purchased.
  • Cancel orders due to pricing errors, inventory shortages, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

6. Shipping

Shipping dates are estimates only.

5A Tooling is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Manufacturers
  • Carriers
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs delays
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

7. Returns

Return requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days of receipt.

Returned products must:

  • Be unused.
  • Be in original packaging.
  • Be in resalable condition.

The following items may not be returned:

  • Special order products
  • Custom manufactured products
  • Modified products
  • Used products
  • Clearance items

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a 5A Tooling error.

8. Warranty

Products are covered only by the original manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable.

5A Tooling makes no additional warranties, express or implied, including:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose

Customers are responsible for proper installation, application, and use of products.

9. Limitation of Liability

5A Tooling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Product use
  • Product failure
  • Production downtime
  • Lost profits
  • Business interruption

5A Tooling’s maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product involved.

10. Technical Information

Any technical recommendations, application assistance, or product guidance provided by 5A Tooling is offered as a courtesy.

Customers remain responsible for verifying suitability for their specific application.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, including:

  • Logos
  • Graphics
  • Product displays
  • Text
  • Layouts
  • Images

are the property of 5A Tooling or their respective owners and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

12. Privacy

Customer information is used solely for:

  • Processing orders
  • Providing quotations
  • Customer support
  • Website improvements

5A Tooling does not sell customer information to third parties.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
